What happens if I don't pay the annual fee?
Everyday Bluetooth tracking keeps working regardless. The annual fee only unlocks Active GPS mode — you're never left with a dead, useless device.
What if ByWay shuts down someday?
We can't promise any company lasts forever. What we can promise is designing so the core tracking function doesn't depend entirely on our servers staying online — unlike trackers that go dark the moment a company does.
